1.SHIPPING:

We provide two shipping options for international orders: rush shipping and standard shipping.

Rush Shipping:

  • We provide both economy and express shipping options.
  • Express shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days
  • Economy shipping: Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days

Standard Shipping:

  • This option is available for those who prefer a more cost-effective shipping method.
  • The estimated time of arrival for standard shipping is approximately 1 month.

Please note that these shipping timeframes are general estimates and can vary depending on factors such as customs processes and the specific destination.

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Our veils are meticulously tailored and personalized exclusively for you. Once the order is placed, our dedicated team promptly begins the production process to ensure timely delivery.

Returns are only accepted within 3 days after you receive the purchase. The return request must be made by email within 3 days after the order is delivered.

- Items are eligible for return or exchange only if:

* Wrong items and/or wrong size are delivered

* Item is faulty/defective

Please make sure that you return the item that is in new condition, perfume free and  tags attached.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

For Custom and Personalized items: Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for custom personalized veils that are not faulty or the wrong size. Once you have placed an order with us, please understand that our veils are meticulously tailored and customized exclusively for you. Consequently, we regret to inform you that canceling a custom order is not possible after the first 24 hours. We understand that purchasing online, particularly for such an important item as a veil, can be challenging. However, we are dedicated to providing support and addressing any inquiries you may have to ensure your satisfaction throughout production. We are here for you, ready to assist and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

3. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We appreciate your understanding that each veil we craft is tailored and personalized specifically to meet your unique requirements. Once you have placed your order, our team will begin the process of creating your customized veil. As such, we are unable to accept cancellations after personalization has started. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. This will allow us to promptly review your request and prevent any customization from starting. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and address any concerns you may have.
