Timeline
We lovingly design, make and deliver bespoke wedding veils within 8-14 weeks. To ensure a stress-free experience, we recommend placing your order 4-6 months before your wedding. Here’s our timeline:
- 1st - 3rd week: Discuss your ideas, select details, verify and complete the payment.
- 3rd - 8th week: Finalize the design with a confirmed sketch.
- 8th - 12th week: Handcraft your veil based on the final design
- 13th - 14th week: Delivery

Phase 1: 3 first weeks
Consultation & Inspiration
Schedule a personal consultation with our creators through our online booking system. Share your ideas, photos of your wedding dress, your vision, and desired details.
Work hand-in-hand with our creator to choose the perfect length, fabric, embellishments, and other unique elements.
Once the design meets your expectations and the delivery date is set, you can proceed to the next step.
Complete the Payment
Once the design is confirmed, proceed to complete the payment for your wedding veil.
Phase 2: 3rd - 8th week
Initial Sketch
We’ll create an initial sketch of your veil and send it to you for review. We value your input and offer up to three rounds of modifications to ensure your veil is exactly as you imagined.
Phase 3: 8th - 12th week
Handcrafting Your Bespoke Veil
Our team of dedicated artisans will now create your dream wedding veil based on the final approved drawing. The meticulous handcrafting process, ensuring every beautiful detail is to your specifications, may take up to four weeks.
Final Review & Adjustments
Before shipping, we’ll send you photos of the completed veil. Your satisfaction is our joy, and we’ll make any necessary adjustments to ensure it’s perfect.
Phase 4: 12th - 14th week
Delivery
Once you approve, your bespoke veil will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address. Tara Bridal offers free rush shipping worldwide on every bespoke order. You will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.

A veil to remember my dear mom Toni
I ordered a custom veil from Hoa with flowers to represent my mother, my husbands mother and our grandmothers. I also drew a sketch of what I wanted which Hoa reproduced adding suggestions such as 3D details and different layouts. Not only was the veil STUNNING, but Hoa's kindness and responsiveness were OUTSTANDING. Better than any online vendor I have ever interacted with. She even went on to feature my veil in her shop, naming it after my mom, "TONI", who died when I was 9 years old. Hoa is a very special person who made me a very special veil which I will pass on to my daughters and granddaughters for generations to come.

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A BESPOKE PIECE?
The lead time for designing, making veils and shipping is 8-14 weeks
We recommend placing your order at least 4-6 months in advance of your wedding date to allow ample time for a meticulous and stress-free process.
Timeline:
- 1st - 3rd week: Discuss your ideas, choose details such as materials, shape, color and techniques.
- 3rd - 8th week: finish the veil design with a sketch, the sketch will be confirmed with the bride (would be changed if necessary).
- 8th - 12th week: handcrafting your veil with the final design.
- 12th - 14th week: delivery
2. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN DESIGN MY WEDDING VEIL EXACTLY AS I ENVISION?
- In order to create your ideal veil, please send us photos of your wedding dress, along with your concept and desired specifications. TARA will work passionately to transform your ideas into a stunning veil.
- Additionally, you should kindly share the details of your wedding day and the desired delivery date for your veil.
- After discussing your ideas, we will send you an initial sketch of the veil.
- We create detailed samples and send you photos for review and approval.
3. MY WEDDING IS APPROACHING QUICKLY, IS THERE STILL TIME TO ORDER MY BESPOKE VEIL??
You can order the prioritized bespoke item, we can arrange express delivery within 3-5 business days. However, please note that this timeframe can be expedited for prioritized items. The entire process typically takes around 3 months to complete not including shipping. If this timeframe does not work for you, we can provide you with the most suitable veil from our collection or design one based on available samples, rather than customizing it.
4. I HAVE THE IDEA FOR MY VEIL, ARE YOU ABLE TO TURN MY IDEA INTO AN ACTUAL LIFE?
